(you must renew on line first for your permits to be available to you in the neighborhood)

You must bring all pertinent documentation - just as you would if you were to go to the Parking Authority office:

What you will need to provide for a permit:
drivers license (with change of address card)
registration (with the area 30 address)

If vehicle is registered out of state:
Unless you are a f/t student or military, you must transfer tags to Maryland
If registration is out of state but in someone else's name, a current notarized letter is required each and every time you renew
