"Transportation [will be painting] the yellow lines starting early in the morning on Saturday. As they get done each block, from 1000 to 1800 block of Light St., they will remove the No Parking signs in that block (allowing about 15-20 minutes for drying). They state that this procedure should be totally done by 12:30PM that day. "
