VIDEO LOTTERY FACILITY LOCATION COMMISSION
The State's VIDEO LOTTERY FACILITY LOCATION COMMISSION will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, August 26th. Please see details below; please pay particular attention to the information on how to present testimony at the hearing.

Public Testimony:
Individuals interested in speaking to the Commission are encouraged to sign up to testify before the hearing by calling Maureen Merzlak of the Department of Legislative Services at 410-946-5530 or 301-970-5530. Witness sign-up sheets will also be available at the hearing location by 1:30 p.m. the day of the hearing. At the discretion of the Chairman, individual testimony may be limited to five minutes or less. Speakers should submit 20 copies of any written testimony to the Commission's staff no later than 2:00 p.m. the day of the hearing. Individuals who would like to testify, but are unable to attend the public hearing, may submit written testimony to Chairman Donald C. Fry, Video Lottery Facility Location Commission, Room 214, Legislative Services Building, 90 State Circle, Annapolis, Maryland, 21401.

Traffic and parking modifications in effect for the Baltimore Ravens against the Washington Redskins on Thursday, August 13, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. at M&T Bank Stadium. Please note that all parking restrictions and residential permit parking regulations in the vicinity of the stadium will be strictly enforced. Ticket holders who do not have a parking permit for any of the stadium lots are strongly encouraged to use the metro, light rail or carpool. Fans choosing to drive to the game should park at commercial lots and avoid area neighborhoods.
Parking Control Agents will enforce all posted parking restrictions for the safety of everyone, and vehicles parked in violation will be ticketed and towed. Impound lots will remain open 2 hours after the conclusion of the game. Citizens with questions concerning the location of their vehicle should contact a police officer or call (410) 396-4613.
Please be advised that lane closures remain in effect on Lombard Street between President and Light Streets. However, all lanes west of Light Street are open. All lanes will open three hours prior to the game on Pratt Street and Greene Street. There will be no restrictions in place on Russell and Greene Streets for game day.
Road Closures
• Race Street will be closed between West Street and Ostend Street
• Leadenhall Street will be partially closed from West Street to Ostend Street
Motorists should pay attention to Variable Message Signs (VMS) placed at strategic locations and be aware of special parking restrictions in the vicinity of the stadium. In addition, the Department of Transportation’s Special Traffic Enforcement Officers (STEO’s) will assist the Baltimore City Police with the facilitation of traffic in the downtown area.
