In the 1400 block of Patapsco there is a Jeep thats been in the same spot for too long. I say this cause there are weeds growing 3' tall from cracks in the asphalt under the rear tire. Never getting a ticket and never moving. I also see a car with 5 diferent years of permits still in the window and this car never gets a ticket. What good a rules if they are never enforced. This permit parking is a sham. I've lived in south Baltimore for 45 years and I think its a joke to pay to park on the streets of where I live when I pay my taxes and get very little for it.
